Position Summary FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Yankton, SD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility-related conditions while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions Treat a diverse outpatient patient population with a variety of diagnoses and functional needs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and strategies to support continued progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current South Dakota Physical Therapist license or eligibility for South Dakota licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team Desire to continue learning and developing professionally Outpatient experience is a plus but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Why Join FYZICAL?
