Essential Functions:

Participate in job start up and approval activities.
Distribute process workstation instructional and decision-making information, including marked quality
samples to workstation(s). .
Review and perform at the defined intervals, the applicable Quality Control Inspection Sheet requirements.
Perform visual product inspection with use of approved product sample schemes and visual boundary samples.
Perform various non-destructive and destructive product checks with a variety of measurement equipment.
Perform product color checks against color masters visually and by the use of a color spectrophotometer.
Perform error proofing checks on assembly/process equipment as defined by Control Plan / Quality Control
Inspection Sheet. .
Record inspection results on applicable sheet(s) / computer database.
Initiate and communicate a Non-Conforming Material Report upon discovery of potentially non-conforming
product or processes.

Additional Responsibilities:
At job completion, remove all quality related paperwork and samples from workstation and place in
.the correct hard copy / electronic storage area(s)..
Attend pre and post shift product review meetings and communicate quality hi-lights / concerns.
Communicate and follow up with other departments the results of inspection activities as required.
Initiate Change Requests (CR’s) as required.
Perform communication inspection round with previous and on-coming quality resource.
Represents the needs of the customer to the associates, as required.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Initiate tooling work orders as needed for part concerns caused by a tool.

Other Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. .
Ability to apply common computer skills.
Ability to read, interpret documents, communicated effectively across all levels, and present
information to various group. .
Ability at math, percentages, proportions, and basic statistics.
Moderate physical movement and exertion.
Completion of Operator/Packer training requirements matrix.
Completion of supporting training requirements matrix.
