VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Production worker for a leading organization in Belen, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position
Schedule for 1st Shift is Tuesday-Friday 7am - 5:30pm- must be able to work OT during the week and weekends when needed
Pay for this position is $19.00
As a Production worker you will:
- Run production machinery and package product
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling and quality of products
- Meet production quantity standards
- Fill out production and AQL sheets
- Check product for work order specifications before and during production
- Load paper on machines
- Maintain housekeeping in department areas as needed
- Abide by all safety rules and regulations
Production worker candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Ability to complete simple math calculations
- Read, write, comprehend and follow instructions and work documents in English
- Must have an open and flexible schedule to accommodate shift changes, rotations and weekend work as needed.
- Able to be on your feet for your full shift, bending, twisting and lifting up to 50lbs. on your own
