Mancan Staffing is assisting a leading adhesive manufacturing company in Kent that is looking to hire a full-time Coater Operator for their 2nd shift team!

3rd Shift Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Pay: $22.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor coating equipment/machines
Ensure proper application of adhesive materials to substrates
Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
Previous machine or production experience preferred, printing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
