Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated rehab team at Steuben Health & Rehab . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing facility where your skills and compassion help residents regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.
