We are seeking a compassionate Morning PCA to join our team in providing home care services in the West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Bloomington, and Farmington areas. As a Morning PCA, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and abilities. Responsibilities: Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Provide personal care to clients as needed Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts Qualifications: Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle to get to and from clients' residences Kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills Must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour Direct deposit weekly Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules Employee recognition and bonus programs Why SYNERGY HomeCare?
