Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in Glens Falls, NY (zip code 12804)
• Availability to work Friday & Saturday, 9am-10pm
• Active NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
• transfer, hoyer lift, and dementia experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' home

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
