About the Role As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely with our licensed physical therapists to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities Assisting physical therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Guiding clients through exercises and therapy techniques to improve mobility and function. Monitoring and documenting client progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Educating clients and their families about exercises and strategies to support recovery. Maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. A strong understanding of physical therapy practices and techniques.
