Park 6 Logistics is seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Cincinnati team.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing their leadership, operational, and business management capabilities. As a Management Trainee, you will work alongside experienced team members and leadership to gain exposure to daily operations, team coordination, customer service, performance management, and organizational processes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility as they progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business and operational activities.
• Work closely with management to understand company procedures and performance objectives.
• Assist with team coordination, workflow organization, and operational priorities.
• Help maintain strong communication between team members, management, and clients.
• Participate in training and leadership development initiatives.
• Monitor assigned tasks and help ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and internal processes.
• Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day business challenges.
• Develop an understanding of team performance, customer relations, and operational management.
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and leadership capabilities develop.

• Competitive salary of $58,000 – $63,000 per year
