Rather than relying exclusively on traditional cold prospecting or building a book entirely from scratch, you will work within an established network that can provide introductions to individuals, families and business owners with investment and financial planning needs. You will have the opportunity to build and manage client relationships, provide investment and financial solutions, and partner with licensed professionals throughout your assigned market to identify new opportunities. For the right advisor, the role offers a combination of personal production, an established referral network, client relationship management and leadership/coaching responsibilities. What You'll Do You will: Develop and manage relationships with individual and high-net-worth clients Provide investment recommendations and financial solutions based on each client's goals and objectives Build your practice through an established internal referral network Conduct individual and joint client appointments with licensed referral partners Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and develop new business Provide ongoing advice and service to existing clients Coach and develop licensed professionals on identifying investment opportunities and initiating effective client conversations Develop strategies for growing investment business throughout your assigned market Conduct educational seminars and client events to generate additional business Maintain strong knowledge of investment products, securities markets and financial planning strategies Manage your business toward established production and client-experience goals while maintaining appropriate regulatory and compliance standards What Makes This Opportunity Different For many experienced advisors, the biggest challenge isn't serving clients—it's continually finding new ones.
