PartTime Speech and Language Pathologist

About the Role: EXPRESS IT OF TOMS RIVER LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate care. This position is for a minimum of 2 afternoons a week with the potential for a more permanent role if desired as caseload builds. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred Experience with pediatric patient populations is a plus Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and staff Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards Some continuing education in orofacial myofunctional disorders and swallowing About Us: EXPRESS IT OF TOMS RIVER LLC is a dedicated provider of therapeutic and communication services serving the Toms River, NJ community.
