THE JOB: As a Pool Receptionist at MGM Grand, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly and professional service. You’ll greet guests, handle phone inquiries, manage reservations using UrVenue, process payments, and provide information on pool amenities. By supporting daily operations and assisting with guest needs, you’ll help create a smooth and enjoyable poolside experience.
