If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.Learn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days)Position Summary: The Cycle Counter will be an essential position to execute all inventory control functions by understanding locations for all materials, performing cycle counting functions as directed by Inventory Analyst in accordance with the requirements of Pueblo to enable control of materials and locations.Responsibilities:Support the preparation of and processing cycle counts as directed in accordance with KPI requirements.Recommend ways to improve the inventory control function.Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity.Analyze existing business processes and logic that impact inventory throughout the company through personal observation and user interaction.Understand material processes during performance of duties and identify risks and offer solutions.Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.Meet performance expectations with limited supervision in accordance of standard work and in line with the unique dynamic of the IC department.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Prior experience in Inventory Control, Quality, or Audit Service would be beneficial although not required.Ability to perform multiple counts per day in line with requirements for inventory control.Qualifications:Work overtime and weekends as required.Able to effectively communicate issues effectively through written hand and orally.Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.1-3 years' experience in inventory, distribution and/or operations would be beneficial.At least 1 year core experience with Trane.Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $22.50 – $26.29 minimum to maximumDisclaimer: This "range" could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, or because of a system the employer uses to measure earnings by quantity or quality of production (so, for example, positions that may not have traditional salary ranges).Benefits vary by region, business alignment, union involvement and employee status.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$22.26Compensation Type:HourlyIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
