???? Smile Wrangler Wanted-Seeking a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator!Are you the kind of person who can make patients feel welcome before they even sit in the chair? Do you love staying organized, answering phones with a smile, and keeping a busy office running smoother than a fresh Texas highway? If so, we want YOU to join our dental family!
????About UsWe're a friendly, patient-focused dental practice that believes great dentistry starts at the front desk. Our team works hard, laughs often, and treats every patient like a neighbor.
????Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm, Friday half days to be determined
????Compensation: $19-$26/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

????What You'll Be Doing- Greeting patients with a warm Texas welcome
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and insurance information
- Keeping the schedule organized and efficient
- Helping patients understand treatment plans and financial options
- Creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out
- 6 months of dental front office experience
- Friendly, upbeat personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
