You’ll care for patients requiring comprehensive rehabilitation after complex medical events—helping them prevent complications, restore function, and adapt to new challenges.You will:Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing processDevelop, update, and carry out individualized care plansMonitor, document, and report patient conditionsEducate patients and families using clear, effective teaching methodsCoordinate and delegate care to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/TechsServe as Charge Nurse when assignedRespond swiftly to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response)Promote safety, infection control, and compliance with TJC & CMS standardsCollaborate closely with the full interdisciplinary teamThis role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships.
