What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care to patients in accordance with physician and hospital protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic as needed during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure all documentation of anesthesia procedures is accurate and complete
• Assist in emergent anesthesia situations as required
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and current CRNA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
