CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. Job Summary: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information about our services, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide information about our services and assist customers in scheduling appointments Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed customer records Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed Must pass a background check and drug screening We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
