Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify symptoms of mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health challenges in clients. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as systems, narrative, and structural family therapy. \n
- Provide continuous education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, fostering a safe and understanding environment. \n
- Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress, ensuring optimal care and satisfaction. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards. \n
- Engage in team meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews, contributing to collective knowledge and case management strategies. \n
- Advocate for mental health awareness and de-stigmatization efforts within the community through various outreach opportunities. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including families, couples, and individuals facing various mental health issues. You will have the chance to address an array of challenges, from relational dynamics to individual struggles with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n- \n
- An active and valid LMFT license in California. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices. \n
- A client-centered approach to therapy, alongside exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport. \n

- At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, particularly in community mental health. \n
