Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Guest Experience & Membership Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and play a key role in growing our membership community. This is more than a front desk position. Successful Spa Associates connect with guests, recommend wellness services, and help clients make self-care a regular part of their routine.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression
• Scheduling appointments and managing the spa calendar
• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with questions
• Introducing guests to membership options and spa services
• Promoting gift cards, upgrades, and wellness programs
• Supporting member retention through outstanding customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment
• Assisting with daily spa operations as needed
