Join us in our mission to enhance the well-being of our patients and residents while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesStandard shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PMFlexible scheduling available with opportunities for 8-hour, 12-hour, or 16-hour shiftsCompetitive pay: $40.00–$47.50/hour based on experience+$3.00/hour weekend warrior incentive for working weekendsWeekend shift differentials: +$1.50/hour for weekend day shifts+$4.50/hour for weekend evening shifts+$2.00/hour house supervisor differential when working in the house supervisor roleThe RN Supervisor supports the director of nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations. Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, along with coordination and communication with other departments. Collaborate with the director of nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
