Palliative Care Operations & Referrals Lead

Gentiva, part of Empatia, seeks a Palliative Care Coordinator to manage daily palliative care department operations, intake, billing support, and medical records. You will liaise with NP scheduling, verify insurance, and maintain compliance across records while building referral relationships. You will engage patients and families promptly, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to QA and marketing efforts.
