Role Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports customer financial needs while gaining store management experience. Physical ability to stand for long periods, move items, and operate mechanical controls is essential. Preferred Skills Management experience in retail or related industries, familiarity with financial transactions, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), and experience in check cashing or document verification are advantageous.
