Fabrication & Mold PrepThis is a potential to hire position for 2nd or 3rd shift.Fabrication & Mold Prep Responsibilities:Prepare molds and materials for the wind turbine blade manufacturing processApply materials, coatings, and components according to production specificationsFollow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedulesAssist with lay-up, assembly, and fabrication of blade componentsInspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are metUse of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devicesMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety proceduresWork closely with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goalsRequirements for Fabrication & Mold Prep:Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not requiredAbility to follow written instructions and production documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn new skills and processesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with hands-on production workAbility to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environmentAbility to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform work throughout the shiftIND101 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
