Role Description
We are hiring an IT Portfolio Analyst to support the Project Management Office (PMO) by:
- Tracking IT projects
- Preparing reports and dashboards
- Monitoring budgets and risks
- Helping leadership prioritize projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT project or PMO experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK
- Experience with project reporting, budgeting, and portfolio management
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Requirements
- Experience with Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow ITBM, Smartsheet, or MS Project Online
- CAPM, PMP, or other PM certification is a plus
