Compliance Lead – Medium Voltage Power Systems Austin, TX | Hybrid We're partnering with an innovative clean technology company developing next-generation medium-voltage power systems. They're seeking a Compliance Lead to drive product certification and regulatory strategy for advanced power electronics. Responsibilities Lead compliance strategy from concept through certification. Interpret and apply UL, IEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards for medium-voltage power systems. Manage certification programs with testing laboratories and regulatory bodies. Embed compliance requirements into product development and design reviews. Plan and oversee pre-compliance and certification testing. Develop internal compliance documentation and mentor engineering teams. Requirements BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering. Extensive experience with product compliance for power electronics or medium-voltage equipment. Strong knowledge of UL, IEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards. Experience leading certification programs with accredited test laboratories. Ability to navigate evolving regulations and develop practical compliance strategies.
