Job Description We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on specialized operational securities processing for corporate actions and reorganizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate actions processing, reconciliation, and client communications and a proven ability to execute defined procedures accurately, meet daily deliverables, and elevate issues appropriately. Responsibilities Scrub announcements using market data vendors, company information, depositories, and agents. Input data into the Corporate Actions platform for income and mandatory events. Identify complex events and communicate details to team members. Process class action suits and related workflows. Enter client instructions manually into the Corporate Actions platform. Process agent confirmations and communicate outcomes to clients. Communicate uninstructed positions to clients daily via written updates and phone calls. Process client account profile requests for corporate actions. Enter payments manually into the Corporate Actions platform. Balance and reconcile positions related to corporate action activity. Reconcile receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections. Collaborate as part of a team to ensure consistent client service and participate in client presentations or calls. Identify problem items and resolve issues in a timely and constructive manner. Required Skills & Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated PC proficiency and ability to process transactions accurately. Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience. Ability to identify, elevate, and resolve problems within defined procedures. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with corporate actions platforms and market data sources.
