Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Care

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapists to join growing outpatient orthopedic practices across the United States. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and travel clinicians, including experienced professionals and new graduates.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting where you'll help patients restore movement, improve function, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals while continuing to develop your clinical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services focused on achieving positive patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care
• Build strong relationships with patients while delivering an exceptional care experience
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of employment
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
• Manual therapy experience
• Interest in sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, balance disorders, or orthopedic specialty care
• Strong desire for continued professional growth and learning
