Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PCU

• Provide acute care to patients with various diagnoses
• Receive and assess admitted patients from the ED
• Complete Admission Assessments and Medication Reconciliation
• Initiate acute care orders for enhanced patient care
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient patient throughput

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PCU

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, and Step-Down
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork
• Charge Nurse experience or willingness to consider is appreciated
