Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based therapy techniques for all ages, with an emphasis on understanding developmental and acquired disorders of speech, language, and swallowing.
