Bei Shiftmove entwickeln wir die nchste Generation vernetzter Mobilittsprodukte, mit denen Unternehmen fundierte, datenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen knnen. Unser Ziel ist es, komplexe Ablufe intuitiv und effizient zu gestalten und aus Daten echten Mehrwert fr tausende B2B-Kund:innen in ganz Europa und darber hinaus zu schaffen.

Als Account Executive verantwortest du den gesamten Sales Cycle, von der Identifikation potenzieller Kund:innen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss. Du gewinnst neue Geschftskund:innen im DACH-Raum, bertst sie lsungsorientiert und trgst mageblich zum weiteren Wachstum von Shiftmove bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Neukundengewinnung: Identifikation und gezielte Ansprache potenzieller Geschftskund:innen im B2B-Umfeld
  • Bedarfsanalyse & Beratung: Analyse individueller Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lsungen auf Basis unserer Produkte
  • Steuerung des Sales Cycles: Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung von Leads sowohl aus eigener Akquise als auch aus dem Sales Development bis zum Abschluss
  • Business Cases & Prsentationen: Erstellung berzeugender Business Cases sowie Durchfhrung professioneller Produktprsentationen
  • Stakeholder-Management: Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu relevanten Entscheidungstrger:innen
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Sales Development und Customer Success zur Optimierung von Conversion und Kundenerlebnis
  • Zielerreichung & Performance: Strukturierte Planung der eigenen Aktivitten zur Erreichung definierter Vertriebsziele

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • B2B-Sales-Erfahrung: Mehrjhrige Erfahrung in einer Closing-Rolle im B2B-Vertrieb.
  • Kommunikationsstrke: Klare, strukturierte und berzeugende Kommunikation auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen.
  • Beziehungsmanagement: Fhigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen und langfristige Geschftsbeziehungen zu entwickeln.
  • Ergebnisorientierung: Fokus auf Zielerreichung, Priorisierung und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
  • Resilienz: Souverner Umgang mit Rckschlgen und langfristigen Vertriebsprozessen.
  • Teamorientierung: Bereitschaft, Best Practices zu teilen und gemeinsam mit dem Team zu wachsen.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch C2, Englisch mind. B2
