Responsibilities Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas. Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies. Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and lost and found program. Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues. Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
