Global Head of Seller Onboarding & External Workforce

Block is seeking a senior operations leader to define and manage the global external workforce and partner strategy for seller onboarding. You will own the operating model for third-party service providers, vendors, and BPO partners, ensuring scalable, high-quality onboarding while controlling costs and risk. You will influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Procurement, and regional teams, shaping contracts, pricing structures, and governance.
