QA Engineer

Job TitleFocusing on web automation the team is primarily looking for people who experience in UI and API testing.Required SkillsWill need to have experience with Postman, Java, Selenium, TestNG and Cucumber.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, automate and execute automated test scripts for various business scenarios in collaboration with Developers, Tech Leads and product partners.Keep up with close to 100% automation coverage for the teams. Improve areas where there are gap in automation coverage.Be accountable for the quality throughout the software development lifecycle, including production.Identify issues in a given feature, log the defects and triage weaknesses in our user experiences and technology.Collaborate with product management and the development team to effectively resolve issues discovered through testing.Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with cross functional teams, call out roadblocks, provide signoff on product features.Coordinate feature releases, collaborating across the product teams and operations groups.Work closely with development teams to assess testing impact and deployment risks.Participate in production releases and test feature delivery via post-production validation.Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within matrices, 'virtual' and flat environments.
