As a Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient responses
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educating patients and their families about dialysis procedures and home care
- Maintaining accurate patient records using the facility's computerized charting system
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Current RN license
- BLS Certification
- Need 1 year experience in setting
