Manufacturing Shift LeaderDue to our continued growth, Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Leader for 2nd shift who will supervise manufacturing personnel to ensure that FDA, Cosmetic, and DEA regulated products are safely manufactured in a cGMP environment. And we hope you will too!Responsibilities:Oversee daily manufacturing operations for efficient use of resources (people, materials, and equipment) to meet production goals.Identify and implement continuous improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity.Develop training content and foster a culture of teamwork and employee development.Complete quality and safety investigations and Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) initiatives.Support process and product development activities.Monitor, analyze and report production area data.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, supervisory experience strongly preferred.Valid hi-lo license.Six sigma green belt or lean certification preferred.Must have knowledge of chemical handling practices and equipment operation.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team player.Ability to work 2pm – 10pm Monday - FridayBenefits:Highly competitive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, and employee assistance program.401(k) retirement savings account with a company match and immediate vesting.12 paid holidays.Competitive paid vacation plan plus ~1 additional week of paid time off for our annual holiday shutdown.$2.00/hour 2nd shift premium.
