Remote Integration Project Lead for Acquisitions

FirstCall Group is hiring Integration Project Managers to support our national network as new partners transition into FirstCall operating companies. You own the year 1 transition plan and lead the integration with acquired leadership, the Regional VP, and the Head of Integration. You’ll own the full lifecycle, design the playbook, ensure back-office integration in the first 100 days, and track KPI risks to protect deal value.
