Job Overview
The at AMAT supports both Human Resources and Safety functions. This role involves maintaining company processes, managing administrative duties, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- A detail-oriented communicator proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems.
- A trustworthy candidate who can handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
What Youll Do
- Manage the Talent Acquisition platform, updating job requisitions and postings.
- Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and support candidate vetting.
- Maintain and file documentation for new-hires, performance reviews, and safety records.
- Document and manage all incident reports, including near misses, property damage, and injuries.
- Complete all required MSHA and OSHA documentation and compile internal site audit reports.
- Create checklists, forms, and toolbox talks to support effective safety communication.
- Assist with producing and editing training videos to enhance employee learning and engagement.
What Were Looking For
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EHS, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, safety administration, or office administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
