What Youll Do

• Manage the Talent Acquisition platform, updating job requisitions and postings.
• Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and support candidate vetting.
• Maintain and file documentation for new-hires, performance reviews, and safety records.
• Document and manage all incident reports, including near misses, property damage, and injuries.
• Complete all required MSHA and OSHA documentation and compile internal site audit reports.
• Create checklists, forms, and toolbox talks to support effective safety communication.
• Assist with producing and editing training videos to enhance employee learning and engagement.

What Were Looking For

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EHS, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR, safety administration, or office administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
