This role can be based in Silicon Valley, CA or Birmingham, AL.What We Are Looking For5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in data center or mission-critical facilities. Proven record delivering projects on time and on budget. Comfortable in Silicon Valley-style environments -- fast pace, low ego, high output. Fluent with modern PM tools like Slack, Asana, or Procore. Strong communicator who can translate complexity into clear updates. Agile mindset -- you adapt fast and keep the team moving.
