Key Requirements:
- Licensed PE or GE .
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering .
- Registered Geotechnical Engineer (GE) .
- 20+ years of experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area .
- Strong experience with hillside projects , including:
- Residential/home construction
- Landslide investigation and repair
- Slope stability
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and bring in new business/projects .
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior/new engineers .
- Strong technical and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate
A senior/principal-level Geotechnical Engineer who has extensive Bay Area experience, particularly with hillside residential projects and landslide repair , and who can also contribute to business development and staff mentoring .
