Computer Refurbish Technician

Monday-Friday - 6: 00am - 2: 30pm Warehouse environment Responsibilities Perform hardware swaps for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices Complete routine software updates , installations, and basic configurations Conduct data wiping using provided tools and procedures Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues and elevate when necessary Document work performed and track equipment changes Assist with organizing equipment and maintaining inventory Provide professional and courteous support to staff Follow all IT procedures, security guidelines, and best practices Qualifications Comfortable using computers and learning hands‑on technical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
