Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Qualifications: • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Prior experience in the food service industry. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation: $18.50 - $20 hourly
