OnPay's Channel Partner ecosystem is growing rapidly. As an Associate Account Manager , you will work alongside our Partner Sales and Account Management teams to support partners across all channels. This role is integral to driving successful partner acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Kickoff & Alignment: Support Channel Partners by organizing kickoff calls and developing agendas tailored to their needs.
• Process Expertise & Risk Mitigation: Master the OnPay platform and onboarding requirements to identify issues, troubleshoot risks, and ensure successful Channel Partner launches.
• Launch Planning: Collaborate with Channel Partners and internal teams to develop clear onboarding plans with milestones and delivery dates.
• Project Management: Leverage internal tools (i.e. CRM) to ensure visibility and accountability throughout the onboarding process for all stakeholders.
• Partner Product Support: Stay current on OnPay's product roadmap to guide channel partners through new product launches, functionality, and troubleshoot setup.

What You Bring:

• Project management, implementation, and/or partner management experience.
• High attention to detail with a track record of cross-functional execution and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and thrive under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Background in payroll and HCM SaaS ecosystems a plus.

Location & Compensation

Remote (U.S.) | Atlanta HQ Optional

Compensation includes a base salary range with uncapped commission (OTE $62,000 -$72,000) . Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above .
