Overview Coordinated Care Agency (CCA) , a dba of the Archdiocesan Housing Authority, offers comprehensive services, enhanced shelter, and housing for people experiencing deep poverty and homelessness. We approach our clients and colleagues through a trauma informed lens, based on the knowledge and understanding of how trauma affects people's lives. invoi Position Description: The Compliance Specialist at Coordinated Care Agency (CCA) will be responsible for supporting fiscal management by running regular financial reports, coordinating fiscal review meetings, and ensuring that action items assigned in those meetings are completed. This role involves working closely with various departments to manage invoicing and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining accurate records for audits and reviews This position offers a compensation range of $29.18 – $32.46 per hour (DOE) Full‑time, 40‑hour position include a competitive benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life insurance and long‑term disability Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Generous paid time off, including paid sick leave, 15 vacation days, 12 paid holidays, and 1 personal holiday CCS/CHS 403(b) Employee Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities Fiscal Records Management Regularly run and disseminate financial records from our finance database. Monitor and track all supportive service fiscal spending to ensure spending is aligned with budgets and contract limitations. Request GL changes from accounting to address program level coding errors in consultation with the program Divisional leadership. Create client assistance reports as required for each program invoice. Upload supporting documents and fiscal information into various invoicing portals. Work with program leadership to create budget templates for various funders and contracts. HMIS Management: Run monthly HMIS outcomes report for all required programs, complete initial data quality checks and request corrections as necessary. Ensure all data maintained in the Homeless Management Information System is updated and accurate. Responsible for understanding and using customized reports for management and staff to ensure contract compliance. Fiscal Management Coordinate and facilitate monthly fiscal review meetings with both Housing and Shelter teams to review each program’s fiscal standing. Take and disseminate meeting notes as well as assign action items in fiscal management meetings. Support the CCA CORE team in ensuring strong fiscal stewardship. Evaluate and highlight programs where spending or revenue is not aligned with the budget. Job Conditions: This position requires the employee to work in an environment where there may be exposure to illicit drug residues and fumes, bloodborne pathogens or other bio-hazardous materials in the course of doing business. Other exposures could include cleaning supplies, chemicals involved in pest control, paint and other materials used in building maintenance, building temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, pests, and odors.Other working conditions may include interruptions, working alone, evening or weekend work, responding to emergencies and working on-call. This position also requires the employee to work with clients who may have untreated or poorly treated substance use and mental health disorders. These clients may demonstrate challenging behaviors that require staff support for de‑escalation or redirection. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work takes place at the agency work location for the duration of the scheduled shift where long periods of sitting, working on a computer, walking to various work areas, going up and down stairs, and standing are required. Mental Requirements: The cognitive skills needed to complete tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications One-year experience working in contract monitoring, data monitoring, or program management Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Ability to commit to developing and safekeeping a workplace that values and supports a culturally diverse work environment. Experience with Microsoft office suite of programs and related databases. Must have a reliable means of communication (e.g. phone, voicemail service, email, etc.) at all times in which to be reached. Ability to adapt and respond to different people and situations through a trauma informed lens Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of the Coordinated Care Agency and the Archdiocesan Housing Authority. Criminal history background checks are required prior to employment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
