Service Technician

Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + every 4th Saturday (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM) Compensation $22–$28/hour, depending on experience Job Overview Winters Recreation is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Service Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of small engine equipment, including golf carts (gas and electric), ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. This position offers a strong mix of hands‑on technical work, problem-solving, and variety – no two days are the same, and each project brings new challenges and learning opportunities. Daily Responsibilities troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues complete preventative maintenance ensure all equipment is operating at peak performance support battery maintenance and replacements (acid, AGM, lithium) basic electrical programming and system diagnostics maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while delivering high‑quality, detail‑oriented work utilize company‑provided tools for efficiency from day one Location and Travel This position is primarily based in the shop, with potential future opportunities to travel as we expand into mobile, on‑site service throughout Minnesota, including residential locations and golf courses.
