Job Duration: 6+ months (possibilities of extension) Shift: 8 hour shifts (12pm-8:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, or 2:30pm-11:00pm) Job Location: Estero, FL 33928

Required state licensure - MD. Additional licensure in these states desired - Fl, OH, MA, DE, DC, KS, KY, MD, ME, NH, RI, VT

FT or PT evening hours, with every other weekend and some holiday hours required.

Position Summary

The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers high-quality patient care through a remote telehealth platform. Working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, the provider delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, medication management, and care planning for patients 18 months of age and older. All patient encounters are documented in the electronic health record (EHR). The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Enterprise Initiative Lead.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of medically relevant clinical experience
• Primary care experience preferred
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

Education

• Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification
• Active state licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
