We're looking for people who: Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license) Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry. Love to mentor up-and-coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others. Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor. What You'll Do: Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients. Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team. Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications. Train, educate, and mentor stylists alongside the salon manager.
