The private lending industry survives because when you dont want to go to banks and deal with the red tape and pigeon hole requirements and frigid mobility you can partner with private investors, family offices and funds.... all you have to have is a deal that needs funding and then be able to prove that the purchase, bridge or takeout is or can be a cash flowing asset, that the cost is below market value or the equity or profit protential is higher than average that you have capital, credit and experience.

As a partner you can buy or wholesale real estate and as a private lender you can broker to your clients

We are offering a Real Estate Turn-Key Private Lending joint venture
