OR Registered Nurse | Granbury, Texas

An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse in the Operating Room with a focus as an OR Circulator. This position requires a skilled professional with strong background in surgery specialties including orthopedics, urology, gynecology, general surgery, robotics (XI), and endoscopy. The role offers a highly specialized environment with 1:1 patient ratios in a 6-OR and 2-endoscopy suite setting.


Schedule:

• Days: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday
• Call required: 5 to 7 days per month

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Operating Room
• Proficiency in ortho, urology, gyn, general surgery, robotics XI, and endoscopy
• Travel nursing experience preferred

Position Highlights:

• Scrubs are provided; paper charting system
• No floating, no block scheduling, and no 48-hour workweeks
• Maximum three days of requested time off during contract period
• All travelers must reside over 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

• Circulate a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Work collaboratively as an integral member of the surgical team
• Ensure patient safety and excellent clinical outcomes through all perioperative phases
• Participate in required on-call schedule
