Magic Coil Products is a family-owned steel processing company that has been successfully operating for more than 20 years. We are an ISO-certified steel service center located in Butler, Indiana, and we are currently hiring

Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level for both 1st and 2nd shift.

Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work history and a willingness to learn.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM

Fridays are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience and assigned production area, responsibilities may include:

Operate and assist with steel processing and production equipment
Assist with steel slitting, cutting, processing, and packaging operations
Operate forklifts as trained and authorized
Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
Follow production specifications and work instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals
Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or steel processing experience preferred
Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plus
Willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and solid work history
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with steel processing and material handling

No previous steel processing experience? Candidates with a strong manufacturing background and dependable work history are encouraged to apply. Training is available.
