Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance

• Home visits and periodic office meetings required

Location Highlights

Uniontown offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in southwestern Pennsylvania. Ohiopyle State Park is about 20 miles from Uniontown and features whitewater rafting on the Youghiogheny River as well as more than 70 miles of trails.
